1. OBJECT
These T&Cs are subject to the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as those of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms and any other applicable regulations in this area which may supplement or replace them at a later date.
These general conditions of use (the "GCU") govern the use of the site by any user, natural person, whoever he is, aged at least sixteen years ("You").
They aim in particular to define the conditions under which You can:

- publish comments (the "Customer Reviews") on the products sold on the site

2 - ACCESS TO THE SITE
The site is open to any Internet user or mobile user fulfilling the conditions set out in article 1, subject to having an Internet connection.
However, the creation of a customer account is necessary if you wish to place an order on the site. If necessary, we invite you to refer to the General Conditions of Sale (GTC).
3 - CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Your customer account allows you to:
- consult and update your personal data and means of payment;
- follow your current orders and consult the history of your last orders;
- consult the promotional offers from which you benefit;
- manage your subscription to our newsletter.
To create your customer account, you must complete a registration form including your contact details (title, surname, first name, postal and email address, telephone, date of birth), create your personal password and accept our terms and privacy policy. .
By creating your customer account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
It is specified that your identifiers (email address or customer number and password) are under your sole responsibility. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of this information, and to report any fraud or hacking to Triloop's customer service as soon as possible.
To delete your customer account, you are invited to contact Triloop's customer service in accordance with the provisions "Your rights to access, modify and delete" in the "Personal Data" tab of the site. It is specified that Triloop may also be required to delete a customer account that does not have an order in progress due to regulations relating to personal data.
4 - PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected on the site will be subject to computer processing.
You are invited to refer to the "cookie policy" page of the site to obtain all the information relating to this point.
5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. Similarly, the trademarks, logos, designs and models appearing on the site are the exclusive property of Triloop. Their disclosure can in no way be interpreted as granting any license or right to use any of the said trademarks and distinctive elements protected by copyright. They cannot therefore be used under penalty of infringement.
Thus, none of the documents from the site may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way whatsoever.
However, it is possible to download a copy of the documents on a computer for your personal use and only for non-commercial purposes, provided you do not modify the information contained and keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. The modification of these documents or their use for another purpose constitutes an infringement of Triloop's intellectual property rights.
If you have a personal website and wish to place, for personal use, on your website a simple link leading directly to the home page of the site, you must request authorization from the company Triloop. . It will in no way be an implicit affiliation agreement.
On the other hand, any hypertext link referring to the site and using the technique of framing or in-line linking is strictly prohibited. In all cases, any link must be removed upon simple request from Triloop.
6 - RESPONSIBILITY
Triloop undertakes to ensure the proper functioning of the site, however it cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
7 - DISPUTES
The T&Cs are subject to French law. The competent court in the event of a dispute will be that of the place of residence of the defendant.
The site complies with French legislation, and in no case does Triloop give any guarantee of compliance with the local legislation that would be applicable to you, when you access the site from other countries.
